Rooted in a philosophy proven across 25 years and five campuses: Character before Competence, this newest campus joins a family built on the conviction that integrity, empathy and purpose matter just as much as achievement.
Serving families across Hyderabad’s evolving landscape, OakSprings brings rigorous, values-led education to the community. From early years through Grade 6, young learners will grow in thoughtfully designed spaces, guided by educators who nurture curiosity, questioning and independence.
Here, character is not simply taught, it is lived, every day.

Education with Purpose
IB PYP + IB MYP/ CBSE
At OakSprings Campus, learning begins with the IB PYP, where children develop curiosity, confidence and compassion through inquiry-based learning. As they progress to higher grades, students can continue with the IB MYP or pursue the CBSE curriculum, with both pathways combining academic rigour with a strong emphasis on character, critical thinking and real-world learning.
Guided by our philosophy of Character before Competence, we empower learners to think independently, act with integrity and lead with purpose. By combining academic rigour, international-mindedness and values-based learning, we prepare students to thrive and make a meaningful difference in the world.

Our Learning Philosophy
Destiny of a country begins in its classrooms. And teachers are the architects of that destiny.,
With this belief, my primary responsibility is to train and empower teachers in the art and science of teaching. I am fortunate to have wonderful people as teachers on all our campuses.
As Director Education, I consider myself responsible for all learning and accountable for all students in their learning journey. My focus is to enable every student with approaches to learning and help them develop agency.
I worked across diverse geographies of India. When I joined Silver Oaks in 2005, my singular focus was on building character before competence. My conviction that character will make competence has been amply proved by my alumni who aced national boards or any competitive exams purely through agency.
At Silver Oaks, learning is not confined to textbooks. The world provides the canvas for learning. We blend the International Baccalaureate (IB) and CBSE systems — so our students gain both global relevance and local rootedness. Our approach blends national and international educational goals, fostering a culture of inquiry, empathy, and civic responsibility.
My lofty goals are realized through a sustainable curriculum developed within the school.
As an IB Workshop leader and Evaluation leader, I visit schools and train teachers globally. I take every opportunity to learn and bring back those lessons to my schools.
Education is not just about imparting knowledge; it's about shaping character and preparing students to be responsible global citizens. I am deeply committed to this mission and continue to strive towards creating learning environments that inspire and empower.
I warmly welcome you to Silver Oaks, an ecosystem for inspired learning.

Common Questions, Clear Answers
What is IB?
IB is a global way of learning that builds curiosity, confidence, and clarity of thinking. It’s an internationally recognized education program that we’ve been teaching for years, with trained faculty. Your child will learn through exploration, discussions, hands-on activities, and real-life connections.
Will my child be able to handle the IB curriculum?
Yes. IB at the primary level is designed for children. It’s not tough, and it’s definitely more meaningful than other education programs. Kids naturally enjoy learning this way because they understand what they’re learning and why. We guide them gently at every step.
How much homework do children get here?
Very reasonable amounts. Homework is meant to reinforce learning, not cause stress at home. We avoid excessive worksheets and keep things purposeful.
How is the transition handled from IB PYP to CBSE in Grade 6?
Children don’t feel a sudden jump because we prepare them well in advance, thanks to our ISAP Program. Teachers spend the first few months bridging concepts, reinforcing basics, and helping children get comfortable with the new style of assessments. The pace is steady. And because their foundation is strong, children actually adjust faster than most parents expect.
What sports and arts opportunities are available and are they compulsory?
Silver Oaks offers a diverse range of extracurricular activities such as music, dance, art, skating and various indoor and outdoor activities. Sports and arts are integral, not optional. All sports are included.
What are the age-eligibility rules (NEP 2020-aligned)?
At Silver Oaks, we strictly follow the NEP 2020-aligned age eligibility rules, requiring children to be the appropriate age as per National Education Policy guidelines for each admission stage.
What is the average class strength (teacher student ratio)?
Each classroom at Silver Oaks has around 25 students to ensure personalized attention, active classroom engagement and strong teacher-student relationships.
What are the safety measures at Silver Oaks?
Student safety is a top priority at Silver Oaks; with a qualified nurse managing the infirmary and tie-ups with reputed hospitals for emergencies. The campus is fully monitored by CCTV, with entry and exit controlled via RFID card swiping and security personnel on duty. Visitors are allowed only after registration and verification to ensure a secure environment.
Can students transfer between Silver Oaks campuses?
Students can transfer between Silver Oaks campuses across different states, ensuring continuity in learning and alignment with the school’s shared philosophy, curriculum and culture.
