Education with Purpose

At Oakdale Campus, learning begins with the globally recognised IB Primary Years Programme, where curiosity, inquiry and conceptual understanding form the foundation. From Grade 7 onwards, students transition into the CBSE curriculum, gaining structure, academic rigour and national-level preparedness. This dual-pathway model nurtures international-minded thinkers in the early years and disciplined achievers in the senior years — shaping young people who are both future-ready and grounded in strong values.

Our Learning Philosophy

Taking forward the proud legacy of Silver Oaks, our campus is open to the sky, inviting curiosity and calm, far from the noise of the concrete jungle. Every corner of this school reflects our belief that learning should feel alive, natural, and full of light.

We believe the best learners never really stop learning. The world needs more people who learn for personal growth and simply for the joy of learning. Our hope is that every learner who walks these halls becomes an icon of transformation.. Someone who grows with purpose, brings positive change, and keeps becoming a better version of themselves.

Voices from Our Community

I chose Silver Oaks for both my children because it brings meaningful value to their education. We never worry about homework, everything is managed effectively at school. The infrastructure also gives children the space and support to thrive in extracurricular activities.

The way the Parent-Teacher meeting is being conducted is pretty impressive. And the School tagline, character before competence, is what I like most.

I appreciate how intentionally the school weaves values into everything it does. It’s essential for this generation. Culture is integrated throughout, and children are prepared for the world from the very beginning.

Common Questions, Clear Answers

How is Silver Oaks Different?

Silver Oaks is  a place where children grow and study. We focus as much on character and values as we do on academics. Children learn to think, speak, question, and understand, not just memorise. And the atmosphere is calm, warm, and genuinely child-friendly.

What is IB?

IB is a global way of learning that builds curiosity, confidence, and clarity of thinking. It’s an internationally recognized education program that we’ve been teaching for years, with trained faculty. Your child will learn through exploration, discussions, hands-on activities, and real-life connections.

Will my child be able to handle the IB curriculum?

Yes. IB at the primary level is designed for children. It’s not tough, and it’s definitely more meaningful than other education programs. Kids naturally enjoy learning this way because they understand what they’re learning and why. We guide them gently at every step.

How much homework do children get here?

Very reasonable amounts. Homework is meant to reinforce learning, not cause stress at home. We avoid excessive worksheets and keep things purposeful.

How is the transition handled from IB PYP to CBSE in Grade 7?

Children don’t feel a sudden jump because we prepare them well in advance, thanks to our ISAP Program. Teachers spend the first few months bridging concepts, reinforcing basics, and helping children get comfortable with the new style of  assessments. The pace is steady. And because their foundation is strong, children actually adjust faster than most parents expect.

What sports and arts opportunities are available and are they compulsory?

Silver Oaks offers a diverse range of extracurricular activities such as music, dance, art, skating and various indoor and outdoor activities. Sports and arts are integral, not optional. All sports are included.

What are the age-eligibility rules (NEP 2020-aligned)?

At Silver Oaks, we strictly follow the NEP 2020-aligned age eligibility rules, requiring children to be the appropriate age as per National Education Policy guidelines for each admission stage.

What is the average class strength (teacher student ratio)?

Each classroom at Silver Oaks has around 25 students to ensure personalized attention, active classroom engagement and strong teacher-student relationships.

What are the safety measures at Silver Oaks?

Student safety is a top priority at Silver Oaks; with a qualified nurse managing the infirmary and tie-ups with reputed hospitals for emergencies. The campus is fully monitored by CCTV, with entry and exit controlled via RFID card swiping and security personnel on duty. Visitors are allowed only after registration and verification to ensure a secure environment.

Can students transfer between Silver Oaks campuses?

Students can transfer between Silver Oaks campuses across different states, ensuring continuity in learning and alignment with the school’s shared philosophy, curriculum and culture.

What is the admission process?

Learn more about this here.

What are the meal/food policies?

Silver Oaks has an in-house canteen that provides a balanced lunch for students. Parents can choose the lunch option for termly. For subscription options, please contact the school office.

How are discipline, behaviour issues and bullying handled?

Discipline at Silver Oaks is handled with calm, clarity, and respect. Children don’t get shouted at or frightened. Bullying is taken very seriously. Any report is addressed immediately. The goal is always the same: create a safe, respectful environment where every child feels protected, heard, and confident enough to be themselves.

Celebrating Math Genius Like It’s a Superpower!

Let’s be honest: solving math in your head might be one of the hardest things ever invented by humankind. Even after calculators took over, the accountants of the 1960s were still cracking complex algorithms and formulas with nothing but a sharp mind, a steady pen and endless patience. What drove them to be that precise? Pure genius, of course.
