2. Fill up the enquiry Form

If you are applying for admission for two children, please ensure that you complete a separate form for each child.
Our admissions team will promptly get in touch with you within two to three working days. They will provide you with an email containing a calendar link, allowing you to schedule the School tour, Orientation, and Induction. These three activities will all be conducted on the same day and are expected to take approximately 3-4 hours. Typically, these sessions are available on Saturday mornings twice a month.
3. School Tour
On the Day of Your School Visit
We kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Part 1: Orientation Program
The Orientation Program is a friendly and interactive session for parents. It’s a chance for you to learn about Silver Oak’s educational approach, which prioritizes “Character before Competence” and how this approach positively influences your child’s growth. During this time, feel free to ask questions and gain insights into our school’s values and goals.
Part 2: Induction Program
The Induction Program focuses on assessing your child’s entry-level skills. It helps us understand their strengths and areas where they may need extra support. This step is crucial to ensuring your child’s educational journey with us is enriching and effective.
Part 3: School Tour
Following the Orientation, parents will embark on a guided tour of our school’s facilities. If your child has already completed their Induction Program, they can join you for the tour. Otherwise, your child will rejoin you after the tour. The aim of this tour is to acquaint parents with our school’s infrastructure and the resources available to support your child’s comprehensive development.
Duration
The entire schedule, including Orientation, Induction, and the School Tour, typically takes around 3-4 hours to complete.
4. Application Form
Interested parents after attending the Orientation, are required to submit an online application form shared via email. Along with the application form, the following documents are mandatory and should be uploaded in PDF or JPEG formats:
- Birth certificate of the child.
- Passport-size photos of the child and parents.
- Photocopy of Aadhar Card of students and parents.
- For admissions to PP2 and above, a photocopy of the academic record of the current class.
- Transfer Certificate (TC) for Grade 2 and above, especially for candidates from other states or boards (TC should be counter-signed by the CBSE/Respective board).
5. Personal Interaction
The Interaction session is a structured one on one discussion between the school and parents. This session focuses on aligning expectations and aspirations from both parties to create a successful partnership in nurturing the student’s true potential. Open and candid communication between parents and the school is encouraged during this phase.
6. Admission Confirmation
Upon successful completion of all three stages (Orientation, Induction, School tour and Principal Interaction) and submission of all required documents, the school will communicate the admission decision over the registered email and/or phone numbers.
Parents are required to make the payment for the registration fee, refundable deposit, tuition fee, and any other applicable fees such as transportation and lunch, as per the school’s fee structure. The fee payment link is shared with parents on parents acceptance of the admission offer.

- The Head of the School is the final decision authority for all admission decisions.
- The entire admission process for each student typically takes approximately two weeks.
- The school will communicate with parents using the registered email and phone numbers provided during the application process.
