Role Overview

We are looking for a caring and reflective Homeroom Teacher who enjoys working with young learners and believes in nurturing the whole child — academically, emotionally, and socially.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and teach engaging lessons using the IB PYP framework

• Create inquiry-based learning experiences that build thinking and life skills

• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development

• Build a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture

• Observe, assess, and document student learning meaningfully

• Communicate openly and empathetically with parents

• Collaborate with colleagues on transdisciplinary learning

• Encourage curiosity, reflection, and student agency
