We are seeking a passionate and qualified Entrepreneurship Faculty to join our Senior School team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to think creatively, understand business fundamentals, and develop an entrepreneurial mindset, aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per CBSE guidelines for Grades XI & XII
- Incorporate real-world case studies, startup stories, and interactive activities
- Guide students in business plan development, presentations, and projects
- Prepare students for CBSE assessments and internal evaluations
- Collaborate with faculty for cross-disciplinary projects and E-Cell initiatives
- Mentor students for inter-school competitions, workshops, and fairs
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate in Commerce, Business, Management, or related field
- B.Ed. preferred (as per CBSE norms)
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and youth development
